Any person directly affected by a determination, decision or order of the TRA may apply to the Authority for reconsideration within 14 days of the determination, decision or order being made.
In addition some decisions of the TRA can be referred to an Appeals Panel for review. The Appeals Panel will consist of not less than 2 persons and will be drawn from the register of experts that is established and maintained by the Secretary of the Department of Transportation, Communications and Infrastructure.
